Publication Fee

Research Mosaic (RM) charges a publication fee of PKR 10,000 for accepted manuscripts. The fee is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the journal’s editorial and peer-review process and has received a formal acceptance decision.

The publication fee is charged solely to support the operational costs of scholarly publishing, including editorial administration, article production, website and platform hosting, DOI registration, digital preservation, and maintenance of the journal’s publishing infrastructure.

Payment of the publication fee has no bearing on peer-review outcomes, editorial decisions, acceptance, priority of publication, or inclusion in any indexing or abstracting service. Editorial decisions are based solely on the scholarly quality, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance of the manuscript to the journal’s scope.

Payment of the publication fee does not guarantee acceptance, publication, or inclusion in any indexing or abstracting service. Decisions concerning inclusion in indexing and abstracting services are made independently by the relevant organizations according to their own evaluation criteria.

Any applicable fee waiver or reduction shall be administered transparently and shall not affect the peer-review process, editorial evaluation, or publication decision.
