Manuscript Template
Research in the fields of social sciences, management sciences, arts, and humanities employs a variety of research methods and designs. These approaches may be qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods, each requiring specific considerations for presentation and formatting. Given the diversity of research methods and designs, it is not feasible to enforce a single, uniform manuscript format; however, all manuscripts should follow APA style, regardless of whether the study is qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods.
All manuscripts that follow established research methods and designs are eligible for consideration for publication in the journal. Authors are encouraged to refer to previously published research articles on the journal’s website for guidance regarding structure, style, and formatting.
